“I enjoyed this training! There are many moving pieces for CSMs and it’s great to have a refresher of everything we do! I enjoyed the different activities (break out group, media, music, whiteboard, etc.) and giving us the space to participate. Also having the discussion with us. You have your agenda, but really acknowledged our responses and rolled with it.”
